Mutt of yours and mine are exactly the same version.

But your vim is older than mine.

Do you install all your apps and dependencies from the same version of pkgsrc? Check if /usr/pkgsrc/CVS/Tag, /usr/pkgsrc/editors/vim/CVS/Tag, /usr/pkgsrc/mail/mutt/CVS/Tag and /usr/pkgsrc/devel/ncurses/CVS/Tag (in your case) are exactly the same. And actually *ALL* applications and their dependencies should be updated and built all at once, or you will end up with building the apps using different version of dependencies. That may cause the problems.
