Useless openldap-server defaults

We have a number of openldap modules (databases/openldap-*) that have
unhelpful MESSAGE files stating that they are useless unless
openldap-server was built with the "dso" PKG_OPTION.  This option is
not enabled by default.

What are the drawbacks to enabling this option by default, or better
yet, just removing it as an option and always building with module
support?

We shouldn't be shipping crippled binary packages by default.
