Re: c-icap-modules not available anymore on pkgin command

Hello Jonathan,

While you repaired 'c-icap' and 'c-icap-modules' following my request 
below (thank you for that), at this moment - and it has been so for a 
while now - 'squid' and 'squid-clamav' are gone from the repository. 
Also, 'mariadb-server' and 'mariadb-client' have vanished.

Now I'm sure there are more packages broken and apparently vanished like 
that, but these actually matter to me the most right now.
I am not monitoring all available channels out there, but I have been 
monitoring the pkgsrc build reports in 
https://mail-index.netbsd.org/pkgsrc-bulk/2020/01/ for a while, and it 
doesn't look like these packages are coming back.
2019Q3 is for now the latest branch that does provide these packages.

Could you shed some light on what's going on here? I can imagine there 
are not a lot of users for 'squid' and 'squid-clamav', but I would 
actually expect more lamentations on missing 'mariadb'. Maybe not on 
this channel then.

Anyways, thanks a bunch for any insights and possible repairs!
