I just rebuilt qcad on another machine with its own pkgsrc tree
(netbsd-9/i386 this time).  Even with my expanded renaming SUBST group
the resultin "libqcaddxf.so" library is claimed to be a "release plugin
built in debug mode".

I guess I haven't found all the culprits yet.

qcad build process for PRNG anyone?  It seems quite non-deterministic.
