Nevertheless my 2-cents:

It may be useful to dump (by a script or tool) the help topics into a text
and html `reference' document. People who head to web search directly
would find those easily.

Somewhat analogous to for example, how html documentation is produced from
programs, that can be browsed independently, in some platforms.
