Re: fix duplicate declaration in ldns header



Presumably removing duplicate declarations is also harmless (provided,
as is the case here, the change has already been committed upstream)?

Or, perhaps, building against pkgsrc with -Werror -W*prototype* isn't
a reasonable expectation?
