I looked at this a bit more. I think it does compile with both heimdal
and mit-krb5, but if mit-krb5 is installed while heimdal is the
default, it will still try to use mit-krb5 and fail because buildlink
hides the mit-krb5 headers.

I've just tried to fix it, works for me now even with mit-krb5
installed.
