More options for nginx

Hi everybody,

here is a new options.mk and distinfo for www/nginx.

I've added:
- geoip (official): http://nginx.org/en/docs/http/ngx_http_geoip_module.html
- syslog (patch):   https://github.com/yaoweibin/nginx_syslog_patch
- dav_ext (patch):  https://github.com/arut/nginx-dav-ext-module

The dav extension allow nginx to support full webdav commands (used by many mobile apps).

Do you think this can be added in pkgsrc ?
