[HEADS-UP] Freeze for pkgsrc-2007Q3 starting on 21st Sept 2007

Just a quick heads-up to everyone that the freeze on new functionality
for pkgsrc will start on Friday 21st September 2007, around 19:00 UTC.

The freeze is expected to last a maximum of two weeks; we intend to
get rid of problems as evidenced by the various platform bulk build
results, as posted to the pkgsrc-bulk%pkgsrc.org@localhost mailing list.

The pkgsrc-2007Q3 branch will celebrate the 10th anniversary of pkgsrc.

Please help us make it a great branch/release.
