All of those also got updated and definitely build. Presumably your build was on a snapshot taken in the middle of yesterdays updates. luatex was missed as it isn't currently built from the texlive tarball. I've now fixed its build (with a one line addition to the Makefile). I'll look at updating it to a newer version after the freeze. cheers mark
