They do install c-auto.h, but they choose to put it in lib/kpathsea/c-
auto.h and have a lib/pkgconfig/kpathsea.pc that finds it there.

I'd rather this change was undone, and luatex was fixed to find it in the 
new location - preferably by updating luatex to the newer version that is 
in texlive 2015.  I can do that tonight, but that will be slightly after 
the freeze is supposed to start.
