>Fix:
I only know of workarounds:
- Set PKGSRC_USE_STACK_CHECK=no in mk.conf 
- Use the default disabled value (of no) 
- Set STACK_CHECK_SUPPORTED=no in /usr/pkgsrc/devel/git/Makefile.common (Maybe this can be done conditionally when using GCC 7.4.0?)
