 I just opened pkg/53275, which is another example of a package that does
 not build using cwrappers on Solaris, but succeeds with cwrappers turned
 off.

 Is it possible to turn off cwrappers in the Makefile of a package based
 on OS? Like

 USE_CWRAPPERS.SunOS = no

 or is it already too late when that part of the Makefile is read?
