re: pkg/50239: audacity installs broken parts, and probably is wrong in other ways

the very latest commits probably work, but i can't install the package
to properly test since it conflicts with, eg, portaudio-devel.

the commited workarounds aren't correct (since they install the libs
that are supposed to be static only), so we still need to figure out
why this is building shlibs here.
