The website is no longer operational and the distfile seems to be no longer
available. Some investigation suggests that the project has morphed into
something else found at http://te4.org/ and that this package is therefore
no longer useful.

Is that correct? Should we close this PR (and probably also delete the two
tome packages in wip)?

and, should someone package this te4.org thing?
