 I can reproduce this problem under Mac OS 10.6.4 Intel. It is
 definitely not a package list problem as the bundled version
 of "ncurses" includes the missing files.
 
 I haven't been able to figure out what causes the incomplete
 built so far. My initial guess was that the build uses
 "/usr/bin/tic" instead of the "tic" command that just built.
 Moving "/usr/bin/tic" out of the way did however not
 fix the problem.
