 There was no new otrproxy release since the creation of this PR, it is
 somewhat ridiculous for a simple proxy application to require wxGTK,
 and a recent test build shows that it now fails to build against a
 recent wxGTK.  So it seems to be a mostly dead project, and people who
 use OTR are probably using pidgin-otr.
 
 I have no intention to take over maintenance of otrproxy (and I
 personally don't use it).  Please close this PR?
