 when I filed this it was for a user who requested it, and that user
 doesn't seem to be using it anymore.  Anyone else interested in this?
 If so, I can upgrade it to the latest version and update this PR, hoping
 it gets imported.  If I get no reply within a week or so I'll issue
 another follow-up requesting that it be closed.
