>Description:
After the latest CVS update, rebuilding sysutils/gnome-vfs fails, because the
use of sysutils/libgamin is enforced. As sysutils/fam is already installed, a
conflict is detected and build fails.

What I *really* like to see is to have fam/gamin optional, whenever possible.
It is currently enforced in gnome-vfs

CONFIGURE_ARGS+= --enable-fam

when it is clearly a configurable option, so it should be made an option in
pkgsrc as well (see devel/glib2 for a positive example). fam tends to generate
annoying output, when an application is started from a terminal. I'd rather go
without the functionality of fam, than to stand this output.
