After installing modular-xorg-server the server won't start.

You will probably need a display driver and input diver which may vary from 
system to system but you certainly need the font 'fixed' which is not installed.
>How-To-Repeat:
1) install NetBSD 4.0.1 w/o th X sets

2) install pkgsrc

3) install X11/modular-xorg-server

run

# X -configure
# cp ~/xorg.conf.new /etc/X11/xorg.conf
# X


X reports fatal error

"could not open default font 'fixed'"

fonts/font-misc-misc contains a 'fixed' font but installing it does not resolve 
the problem.
