>Description:
Building the "emacs" package fails on my NetBSD/amd64 4.99.73 system:

gmake: *** [leim] Error 2
*** Error code 2

The error message "Wrong type argument: number-or-marker-p, nil" is
apparently produced by "lisp/international/titdic-cnv.el" which fails
to run properly. As a result "tlang-b5.el" is not generated and the
build fails later.

>How-To-Repeat:
cd pkgsrc/editors/emacs
make

>Fix:
Not known. The "emacs20" package builds fine.
