This is i resolve the issue last night.
Workaround:
Downloaded a binary from:
http://sbcl.static.net/builds/netbsd-x86/
I used sbcl-1.0.5.tgz and mv it into /usr/local
gtar xvzf sbcl-1.0.5.tgz
cd /usr/local/sbcl-1.0.5 && sh install.sh
cd /usr/pkgsrc/lang/sbcl
make install
