In pbulk-0.17 - no. ( Yet? :-) )

The following is documented:
EXIT STATUS
     pbulk-resolve exits with return value 1 if an error occurred, or
     0 if all depen- dencies have been resolved successfully.  In
     incremental mode, missing contains all correct, but unresolvable
     dependencies.
