Thanks for the updateç That's good point but is not there any software that
has fully open source code but installing requires a license? I think there
are some with similar to below notices in license file, although it is OSS:

"... used, copied and redistributed without fee for non-commerical purposes
provided that this copyright notice intact...etc etc"
