When gaim 2.0 beta in pkgsrc-wip became pkgsrc/chat/pidgin, sametime support 
was lost. It is achieved with the use of the meanwhile library.

I propose importing wip/meanwhile into pkgsrc/chat and adding the following 
patch to chat/libpurple:

Since sametime is a dwindling protocol I chose to make it an option. For 
simplicity it should perhaps just be mandatory without the option-stuff in 
there.
