pkgin broken after pkgin up?

Hello,

I was doing a pkgin upgrade on mi RPi4 (2026Q3) over SSH , something happened that the system was irresponsive and was stuck . After waiting some time
I started another SSH session and it was veeery slow,  dmesg command did not work, also "df -h " did not work (I do not remember the message but was similar).

I forced a reboot and after coming back from fsck, I cannot use pkgin anymore:
