Yes, unifi switches (e.g. lite16, ultra, flex, flex mini) are quiet (and
non-flaky!). You do have to drink the "Unifi Network Application"
Kool-Aid, which is a java hairball. But it works, and you can manage
all your switches and APs in one interface, and put VLANs on SSIDs.
It helps to also drink the POE Kool-Aid at the same time.
