I manually compiled pkgin for 2025Q2, so it's there now.
alas pkgin doesn?t seem to work I expected it to: riscv64# pkgin search emacs processing remote summary (https://cdn.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/riscv64/10.99/All)... pkgin: Could not fetch https://cdn.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/riscv64/10.99/All/pkg_summary.gz: Not Found as it?s searching https://cdn.netbsd.org, not https://pkg.zia.io
I think you need to edit /usr/pkg/etc/pkgin/repositories.conf in order to change the default search location.
