Re: riscv image instructions under qemu "user network mode" do not work

Sorry, I need a hint.  I was trying to install some tools and google tells me I need to use pkgin and if I don’t have that, get it with pkg_add pkgin.  Well, neither works.  Eg.:

What am I missing?  I do have network access and can ssh into my other hosts.
