They will be accelerated.

For NetBSD 9 I'd recommend something along the lines of the
Radeon HD 7470.

The NetBSD 9 scheduler is not hyperthreading-aware; the NetBSD 10 one
is. In practice this means sometimes code runs on an inefficient core.
