On mine ([[NetBSD version 9.99.82 (netbsd@localhost) (gcc version
10.3.0) NetBSD 9.99.82 (GENERIC) #14: Wed May 26 17:28:08 BST 2021]],
the system was rebuilt just a minute ago), it behaves as expected -
pauses when Always or "On dumb terninals" is selected and doesn't
pause when "Never" is selected.
