ODROID-C1+ sdmmc init fail

Hi, I'm trying to install an ODROID-C1+ (following instructions at
https://wiki.netbsd.org/ports/evbarm/odroid-c1/#index3h1) and have
run into:

> amlogicio0 at mainbus0
> amlogicsdhc0 at amlogicio0 port 1: SDHC controller
> sdmmc0 at amlogicsdhc0
> sdmmc0: couldn't enable card: 60

My root device ld0 was going to be on that.

I couldn't find a PR for this issue specifically.

I might try a different image if I can find one, as the
instructions, from what I could tell, pointed to an image from
2015-09-25.

Any recommendations on debugging or further course of action?
