But if you rebuild some, they will link with some libs from 6 and then link with pkgsrc-built libs that link with libs from 5 and you will get a mess. So either don't rebuild anything, or rebuild everyting. Of course you need to maintain things, so the only reasonable choice is to rebuild everything. But you don't have to do it right away.
