pkgin giving "download mismatch"

For example:

pkgin: download mismatch: /var/db/pkgin/cache/p5-Mozilla-CA-20150826.tgz

This started last night after updating my packages using pkgin.  I
guess I picked up the Aug 18 update to version 0.9.3.  I tried cleaning
out /var/db/pkgin on the client and starting over.  Then I went to the
repository server and did "rm
-rf /usr/pkgsrc/packages/* /var/db/pkg* /usr/pkg/*" and rebuilt
everything from scratch and still have the issue.

Anyone know what is happening here?
