Normally, pkgsrc users use what is provided in their base or core 
operating system for these. Some version of util-linux is in pkgsrc-wip 
and I do have one system, but rarely used, that has it installed.

If you need a newer version, please suggest it specifically. And better 
yet, please try updating it yourself and send patches for pkgsrc.
