Excluding MTAs like sendmail, Postfix, Exim, etc?
And MUAs like Outlook, Thunderbird, Mail.app, etc? :-)

GNU Mailman.  Java's javax.mail.  Anything which performs bulk delivery 
efficiently-- ie, by avoiding forking a $PATH/sendmail child process on a file 
or stdin to process each recipient.
