Tree Function definition in jemalloc

Hi,
Looking at the jemalloc imlementation i found that definition of the
tree related functions like
 - arena_chunk_tree_dirty_remove
 - arena_avail_tree_nsearch
 - arena_chunk_tree_dirty_last
 - arena_avail_tree_insert

And many are not present in the code.

Are these functions not getting used or not required in the implementation?

Where can i find the definitions for the above functions.?
