Hi,

Filesystems in userspace: http://www.netbsd.org/docs/puffs/
RUMP (Runnable Userspace Meta Programs) is explained here: http://www.netbsd.org/docs/puffs/rump.html

And you can find what is already available here: ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/current/pkgsrc/filesystems/README.html

I don't see truecrypt though, only:
fuse-cryptofs-0.6.0: FUSE encrypted filesystem
fuse-encfs-1.2.0-2nb1: FUSE Encrypted Filesystem

Hope this helps

Pierrick
