Essentially I'm using a GENERIC kernel with acpi and bktr enabled and
INET6 disabled.

Besides that I have 'options I[345]86_CPU' disabled and 'makeoptions
DEBUG="-g"' set.

Also, I'm not quite sure this is config related since GENERIC doesn'twork either when ACPI is not disabled. I'm currently downloading a 3.1.1release and will see if it works with the default kernel.
