 I have the same model Tangtop Generic USBPS2 adapter.  In my case the
 keyboard works fine, and the mouse attaches as ums0, but the mouse
 doesn't work at all in NetBSD 10.1 with X11 on amd64.  I am willing
 to do troubleshooting steps if desired.
 
 I worked around it by using a different USB to PS/2 adapter.
