 apachectl can hang the system, hang the sshd process connected,
 and it does not respond ssh connect request after happens.
 trying console logins hang long time.
 ping does respond.
 
 the server exists on the VPS provider, HDD/SSD activity
 is unknown.  the processor is single core.
