Tested on NetBSD/hpcarm, Sharp WZero3 (WS011SH,WS003SH). 

On 5.99.39: ..... mount/unmount good.
ld0 at sdmmc0: <NCard>
ld0: 3827 MB, 1943 cyl, 64 head, 63 sec, 512 bytes/sect x 7837696 sectors
ld0: 4-bit width, bus clock 19.500 MHz
# mount /dev/ld0a /mnt
# umount /mnt

On 5.99.43: .... mount/unmount failed.
# mount /dev/ld0a /mnt
ld0a: error writing fsbn 16 of 16-19 (ld0 bn 79; cn 0 tn 2 sn 15)

# umount /mnt
