Processor sets can be configured at boot by putting commands into
rc.local. If psets are used during boot this may be too late.

It's also possible to create a custom init script but that seems
a bit tedious for the user if psets are base functionality.

Maybe provide a psrset.conf or similar. Solaris doesn't provide anything, I 
don't know about HP-UX.
