Are you talking about "ATF the thing in external/bsd/atf/" or "the ATF
tests"?  (Asking because I keep hearing the latter and it's
confusing.)  In either case: no, or at least not yet.  The proposal
has some mention about this at the very bottom and details a couple of
mitigation strategies.
