Re: update dist/bind in netbsd-3-1

I have placed patches on ftp.astron.com that upgrade bind for both the
netbsd-3 and netbsd-4 branches. I have also updated HEAD to bind-9.5.0-P1.

The netbsd-3 patch upgrades bind-9.3.2 to bind-9.3.5-P1
The netbsd-4 patch upgrades bind-9.4.1-P1 to bind-9.4.2-P1

All the patches and instructions for applying them are on:

ftp://ftp.astron.org/pub/people/christos/bind/

These are unofficial patches, so use them at your own risk.
