I can respect that position, and agree you are under no obligation to
produce updated packages.

However from a user perspective, amd64 netbsd-10 packages have already
been provided, and aarch64 netbsd-10 packages continue to be updated.
As such I think it would be reasonable for some users to anticipate
amd64 packages would also be updated.

There will be a flag day for packages on all netbsd-10 systems when
openssl3 is pulled up, but that doesn't preclude making updated
packages available before that date.

Once openssl3 has been pulled up it will obviously be extremely useful
to have updated bulk package builds - I don't know if pkgsrc-pmc@ has
anything planned for that, but maybe that would be the place to start,
and if there is anything see if it could be used before then.
