Now wip/simulavr should be ready with following combination:

  wip/simulavr        1.0.0nb0.1
  wip/avr-gcc         4.8.3 (not by PR/48890, sorry. Where are the patches ?)
  cross/avr-binutils  2.24

I'd like to commit emulators/simulavr (as 1.0.0nb2) and cross/avr-gcc as found 
in wip
respectively (during freeze) .. simulavr 1.0.0nb1 is now broken .. and it
asks for avr-gcc 4.8.3.

Please let me hear any comments.
