I had known libiberty was necessary for simulavr, but I did not, at the
time of commit. Probably the reason of upstream removing libiberty was
the duplication with gcc side.
Now let me think about either
(1) revert avr-binutils to 2.23.2
(2) pursue the way for gcc (or others) to place libiberty.
