Are these the same as "triggers" like in other packaging systems? For
example, would etckeeper just install a script in there that gets
executed (triggered) for any package that provide config files? (With
the consequence that the packages themselves wouldn't need to include
the same code snippet in their own install scripts, and just rely on
the already installed, already audited version.)
