But it was fixed webkit-gtk3/Makefile:

revision 1.11
date: 2012/07/06 14:03:50;  author: drochner;  state: Exp;  lines: +2 -2
don't install gtk-doc documentation, to avoid conflict between the
two webkit-gtk versions
bump PKGREVs

(I certainly had both installed at once)
